For some reason in this county, it is possible for a person or persons, whom have been charged to have a bail set at a high amount, but to only be reduced to some thing other then the amount set at first these are people being charged with felony's for breaking into our home's and propertys if this county set's own rules i wounder why we have a state court system or rules since the bails of such people are set and then removed?????
