COLLIER COUNTY, Fla.- A Naples man is behind bars for a second time in three days after allegedly forging prescriptions to get pain pills.

If the offender in this type of arrest is going to reoffend, then why do they let them back out on bond?

It must be a slow news day in Ft. Myers.

Everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt. You'ld think he would have figured it was a bad idea plus it's a "victimless" crime. But as he keeps pushing it things will add up.

i couldnt agree more with my friend mannie, why not send them to a detox, or rehab center?
