I wanted to start by saying I am the victims cousin however I didn't ever really get the chance to know him no matter what I do not believe and one has the right to take the life of an unarmed man regardless of past history or not I agree with ur comment about why would he have brought a loaded gun over to a residence where he did not reside sounds premeditated to me if the exgirlfriend had time to get her cousin there she had time to call police n if there was a restraining order as ppl on another site keep saying then if he threatened her as soon as he called n said he was on his way she should have called the cops cuz no contact means no contact so he would have been in violation before he ever went to the home I'm so sorry to all the family plz keep the strength to keep moving rip cousin Caleb may not have know u well but ur family n I love u

Self-defense??? That's what they all say. We've had so many of these recently and you know what the jury does? They convict them for murder. So, is he going to say he has all the back up to prove 'he HAD to kill him'. That's premeditation. I hope he takes the witness stand to explain how 'he HAD to kill' this young man. The prosecutor is going to tear him up! And his friends who lie on the witness stand for him, just wait and see....
