Still is married to him. This kind of crap is happening more and more; stealing from employers. And when nothing happens, it just shows more people that its okay. They can get away with it! Free money! Its so wrong!!!

Maybe if so many employers around here didnt treat their employees like easily exploitable and easily replaceble indentured servants and cattle there wouldnt be a problem to such an extent.

I don't believe thats primarily the excuse for these low life people stealing! Excuses, excuses, excuses. Maybe if they were HONEST people,(whoever you are talking about) wouldn't be treated like servants and cattle! I personally know of a new incident in which I know for a fact that the employee that swindled from her employer, was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. Her excuse....bills.....gambling.. ..ect. Can we blame the employer for that? Come on...stealing is stealing. Its WRONG!!!!

i know someone who stole from a federal agency and they have yet to find out. I am not the one with the proof someone else is so its not like I can turn her in. I really would do it to and expose her for the piece of crap she is.

Is this a case of 'lack of morals'? Did the place that the employee stole from make a deal with the court, requesting a 'slap on the wrists'? A private matter? I come posing questions to the questions.

Employees' should be grateful to an employer, for having a job. Consider it an Honor, and treat it like a Sacred Shrine. You serve your employer, and your reward is your paycheck. Granted, there are many different levels of employment, with a myriad of different pay scales, benefits and responsibilities.

Employer's should not only 'use' the employee, rather they should 'bond' with their employee's, like an adopted family. I know that sounds strange, but isn't it sort of like family when you spend a 1/3rd of your 24hour day with them?
Not only bonding with the work force, but, showing interest in the employees' welfare, health, state of mind, and other conditions that might give someone else a job slot within the company, or small business,(at least around here).

Every Employer should have paperwork that the prospective employee should read over and sign, to show that they understand what they just read. I know many prospective employee's do not have good understandable reading skills, and these are the ones' that seem to get into the most havoc when working for an employer. Sometimes not, but I believe that statistics will show that.
In that paperwork, would clearly state; Anyone caught stealing will be reported to the police, sheriff, or other law enforcement agency, and charges WILL be filed, and the employee will be held responsible for charges of items, or damages, ie@ whatever it is...and end result, is no job. Things like this stay with a person over the coarse of their employment history, like a police record.
I do agree with the statement;
We ALL need to be Accountable for Our Actions.

And the people who steal from any, city/county/state or federal agency, is not only stealing from those agency's, but from everybody, since Tax Payers are the one's who ultimately pay for those places to run in the 1st place.

Sometimes people who do these crimes (petti or hanus), need some help, and if it means talking to a person of higher rank, or a fellow worker who has administration positioning, to get them the right help they need. Then what are you people thinking, to let this slide? If they do it once, what happens next? Again? or/and Again? Then what? One thing leads to another?
No wonder the state needs to look for ways to start saving money, when employee's are stealing from within the very place that offers fair price pay for exchange for service. I would think since you know who, and you obviously know, makes you both guilty for harbouring a known theif, and you should be ashamed of yourself.

Any chance that she has been and still trying to support some kind of habit, such as gambling? Too many are just getting a slap on the hand because jails and prisons are overcrowded. It's happening all over. Which is giving the criminal the impression that she or he can get by with just about anything.
