What is failed to be mentioned here is the fact that the fog was so thick that morning that the accused Richard Williams couldnt see the stopight was red and thats how come he collided with the officer.
I am so sick of people that are so anxious to print up a story but without all the facts. I didnt see it anywhere in any of the articles on this matter that Mr. Williams did in fact pass all the sobriety tests and when he blew the officers never did tell him what his results were. I am not denying that mr williams was wrong for being somewhat intoxicated whe this accident occurred.Im just stating that if it hadnt been a police officer he hit...he wouldnt of gotten treated so badly or would he of gotten the charges that he ALLEGEDLY assaulted mr hunter. IT WAS A ACCIDENT!!

whats the deal with the cops dash cam SUPOSABLY not working that particular day? Those cams are always on but yet this particular incident the cam wasnt on. hmmm go figure. I think clay county has it out for this poor guy and i dont see how he can get a fair trial seeing how the prosecutor and the alleged victim happen to be buddies.
