may he rot in jail! we are laying to rest the baby he promised he would take care of! We have to sit my niece grieving the lose of her only child. my the babies memory forever be in him! i hope it hauts him the rest of his life!!!!!!!!

Man charged in battery death of infant

A 3-month-old child died Sunday, and an Arkadelphia man faces first degree battery charges and is being held in Clark County Jail, Jim Pennington, criminal investigator, said Monday.
