I agree one hundred percent about losing a license. I know what the father did to get CPS involved and he was trying to get his life together to get his child back. I have nothing but sympathy for Darby's biological father. I just can't understand how they can put a child in the hands of a negligent person after taking him from someone who wasnt so negligent.

I don't care that they only had a 5 passenger vehicle and 8 passengers to transport.
If it was too expensive to get from point A to point B or if they didn't have enough space in the vehicle to SAFELY restrain all 8 passengers, then they should have never left.
Gee--I suppose you must be the model citizen and NEVER do anything wrong or anything you regret---Congratulations on your stellar life--run for office!! ;o)

Not as stupid and careless as this. Remind me to keep my kids away from you if you think this is acceptable.

People like this don't deserve much compassion. It was done deliberately - and probably hundreds of times before.

How old are you? You get your jollies off on name calling and berating people?? Grow up. Never once did I say what they did was okay
!!!! NOT IN ANY OF MY POSTINGS DID YOU SEE THAT!!!!! The point is to let these people grieve!!!!!!!! Lets say you go to sleep one night, forget to lock the door, someone comes in and God forbid rapes/kills your child. You have to live with that for the rest of you life. But do you want posters of the daily press telling you what a low life horible person you are?!?! get a grip & have some compassion!!

there is not one person on this planet who does not have regret over something "careless" they did.---I refuse to believe that!

I'm sorry but I have to disagree. While I believe that charges should be brought against not only the driver but every adult in that car, I can't bring myself to condemn them. I will let God handle that. What they did was wrong but I can't imagine the remorse they must feel.

It seems that everytime you write you make no sense and are always trying to justify someones actions. Stop coddling people who are ignorant and make bad life changing decisions. your example of the door unlocked and someone getting in my house has nothing to do with what happened. And second i fell bad for the person who breaks into my house and tries to hurt my family because they would be the victim of a gunshot. So stop making excuses or trying to make this woman feel better. People like you are what is wrog with this country. Pull the thumb out of your mouth and stop coddling and trying to fid justification for this lady's actions

To the family, may GOD fill the burden of your hearts. Keep believing how Good GOD is. Keep your eye on him alway's. Remember be of the world not in the world. People will CRITICIZE you no matter what, just remember, God have plans for your son up there with him. So alway's keep your head up no matter what. When you look up your Son is looking down on you with Jesus. He know's how much you loved him and cared for him. Lest but not Last GOD LOVES YOU TOO ALWAY'S.
IN JESUS NAME AMEN!(KLea)

I'm whats wrong with this world?? LoL ok if you say so. I pray for you as well as the people involved. Seems to me you need God to touch you, maybe even smack you upside the head to be sure you get it.

Do you actually believe that they don't?? Unless this was premeditated murder I'd like to think that they are very resmorseful. It doesn't excuse what was done but I am quite sure they are hating themselves right about now.

Good morning Jessica : ). I agree with your thought that they must be remorseful. It would be too horrible to think otherwise. They have a life sentence of guilt to serve before the courts ever impose a civil penalty. Sadly, there is a little man who will never grow up because a perfect storm of ignorance, apathy and probability struck him down.

Good Morning gail :) You've said it. I feel sorry for all involved. What a tragic loss.
