As someone who volunteers at the MCHS it's time the law starts recognizing the horrid conditions the animals of Mcnairy county live in. I also answer the HS hotline number and know for sure when the citizens call in about abuse, they have already been ignored by the police/sheriff's dept Mcnairy needs animal control. I have approached the county board and some recommended shooting the dogs and one good ole boy admitted he ran over a dog who was chasing his car. AND these are ELECTED officials!!!! Its long over due for Mcnairy county to join the HUMANE world.

MY NEIGHBOR HAS RESULTED IN SHOOTING ALL ROAMING SMALL AND LARGE FARM ANIMALS WITH LEAD PELLTETS. WHEN ASKED , DON'T YOU THINK IT'S MEAN TO SHOOT THAT GOAT 15 TO 20 TIMES TILL IT CAN FIND IT'S WAY OUT OF THE YARD?? SHE EXPLAINS THAT'S WHAT THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE TOLD HER TO DO! WHEN, I,(THE OTHER NEIGHBOR) CALLED THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE, THEY STATED, YES , IT AGAINST THE LAW BUT, COULDN'T RESPONDE, DUE TO THE GOAT EATTING THE OTHER NEIGHBOR'S GRASS. THE 1st NEIGHBOR LOOKED AT HER GOATS AND THEY MULTI BLOOD SPOTS. THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE STILL WOULDN'T RESPOND. THEY SAID, THE GOAT SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN EATTING THE WEEDS AND GRASS. I WISH SHE WOULD MOW HER YARD!!!!

I no that is right. few years back I had someone I know around the area here shoot my young female dog she didn't bother noone and she stayed around the house here she might rumble in the woods to neighbors ever now and then but no trouble with her. Well I found her in dump area and got her home took care of her and doctered her even got her to seeing in one eye again. few months down the road someone shot her in the side of her stomach it went out the other side also she stayed alive for me for two days and one last night there I will never forget she was a nice loveing dog. I have her buried in my back yard. I hope these people that do shoot these animials get something done that way to something they hold dear and maybe they will see what it feels like. I think there is enought empty buildings around the different areas that they should have a dog shelter open up one . I love dogs and do not wont them to be hurt so please if the public cares at all lets bring some kindness and help get a shelter or something started for these poor dogs. animials.

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Pisces

The last thing you want to do is to picking over every little thing. Instead, you have one eye permanently on the clock and you're trying to cram as many activities into the day as possible. This will be good fun and you'll enjoy keeping up the momentum, but beware of a possible tendency to become reckless or to try to cut corners in order to save time, because this will be self-defeating in the long run.
