HOW IS A PARK NEXT TO A POND NEED TO BE RIPPED AWAY.MANY YEARS AGO WHEN THE PAPER MILL WAS AT THE CORNER OF 30 AND 322 BEHIND THE BANK.THEY USED TO DUMP TOXIC WASTE OVER THERE,AND BY THE BRANDYWINE CREEK.SO ITS PROBABLY BETTER TO GET RID OF IT
