Judge it!
Let's make sure first, for Elmer Beckworth's sake, that the 17 year old youth isn't related to
1. the victim- because that would be a damn shame. And,
2. anybody working in the Rusk Texas courthouse.
If he hires an attorney, then they'll throw the book at him and the Rusk Cherokeean news rag will report the age and name of the victim.
If he is close relations to anybody at the Rusk Texas courthouse, then he'll get to register as a sex offender for life, but still get only 6 months probation for pleading guilty and not making Elmer Beckworth crawl out of his hole.

If they didn't report it, then they think it didn't happen. Because they spit in face of the 1st amendment and free public records.

July, 2- Look how fast County Judge Chris Davis wrote in the paper on the dentist's family getting together for a high school reunion bash, but Chris Davis didn't mention how he bashed his family member and went to jail.

Are you telling me Stacy Black got arrested for beating up his ex-wife?.
We will here as much about that as Doris Robinson going on trial for stealing $150,000 from the Rusk water department. |

I am Mrs. Black's brother. My sister is technically his ex-wife, although they have been living together as man and wife for over a year, since the divorce. I might also add that there was a gun involved in one of the arrests on Stacy but I don't know if any charges were filed for that. That information was in the police report.

The guy just needs to go to jail and lose his license. Who pulls a gun on a woman and the mother of his kid? What kind of court lets the guy get away with it twice and pretends it never happened? She needs to get the hell out of there and null the marriage completely. These things only worsen, especially when the guy knows he can get away with it.
