let's see - tourism brings in dollars, campgrounds bring tourists - yep, this makes perfect sense in a state that has an economy second to EVERY OTHER STATE! Instead of closing campgrounds why not increase the price just $1? It's a small increase, spread over many people that would bring in quite a bit of money. duh.
