One Inmate Dead Following Stabbing

Where were the guards when this happened?????????? How many stab wounds did he have and where were they? Was there more than one person that stabbed him? There are cameras set up to view inmates from every angle and they are paying someone to moniter these cameras. Who dropped the ball and let this happen? Some of the guards view the lives of these inmates as disposable. They have even been known to encourage fighting among the inmates as a form of entertainment. There had better be a THOROUGH investigation on this matter to get the guilty party to the stabbing AND the guilty guards that let it happen. TN will have the biggest lawsuit it has ever seen if some answers are not forthcoming soon!

it happens there all the time and as for the guards Its all they can do to make sure thay don't get killed. Can you imagine being around all those criminals day in day out and no WEAPONS. They have to be under a lot of stress.

I know some one that is there and he said it is like a zoo in there.For the guards they treat these guys like crap when you talk to them like that they are going to get treated the same way.This person I know is in there on a very small charge and they put him in the max bulding were these people killed others they don't care they are there and not going home they take there anger on each and not the guards.Now he is in the minium building and he said it is a whole new world people are not stabing each.But the guards are the same and they are feed like they are kids not like grown men.But that man shouold have never been killed end of story.

hear alot of coments about this and that but when you have 1 officer watching 130 inmates its very hard to see everything that goes on. if inmates really want another inmate dead no officer no matter how seasoned will be able to stop it. you tell me how you would go thru 50 gang bangers to stop an inmate or group of inmates from killing another if they really want to.please dont comment on something that you know absolutly nothing about.now lets talk about officers ,thats what we are, we dont "guard " anything if we did it would be 1 officer to 1 inmate we are taught to treat all inmates the same so with that being the case we have to treat them the same as we would the worst inmate and believe me there are some sorry inmates in the state prison system. i mean really none of them are in PRISON for singing to loud in church.

they need 2 get rid of tony parker he gets paid 4 bringin in cell phones but aint no1 telling that i see and i work there 1st shift i no what they are doin

Do you all not realize that all these guards risk there lives everyday when they go to work. But they are like everyone else trying to make a living for their family. Yes there are dirty officers but not all of them are. They are the ones that give officers bad names. Not everyone that works there is dirty. Half of you are the ones on the outside looking in and dont understand there job. Everyone is worried about the inmates getting stabbed. I have a family member that works there and just about two or three years ago they were stabbed do you know how that feels getting a phone call they are on their way to the hospital!! No because instead of caring everyone wants to slander these people. The officers get hurt just like the inmates but they are trying to do their job and make sure they get home to their families everyday. Just like the inmates they are doing their time to get home to theirs. Unless you have worked there you dont understand. Yall are not the ones that have to worry if your Dad, Mom, Husband, Wife, Etc.. make it home everyday. That puts stress on a person. So instead of slandering these officers if you think you can do a better job put in an application and try it!!!

this all goes back to an original statement ..who in the world cares???? the guy is an INMATE ok..?? if he got stabbed or killed it doesnt matter. he was an INMATE, A CROOK, A CON, MAYBE A MURDERER..WHO CARES???

yea he was an inmate in PRISON he was still someones son,someones family. if my son commited some horrible crime i would still love him and it would break my heart if something like this happened to someone in my family. you are an idiot!!!!

i know if i worked there i would love to watch a low life convict killing another one of the same kind...all conficts are scums

he was put there because of his behavor not because they wana see him get hurt. you cant just move someone because they want to. how about how many gaurds that have been hurt because of inmates the officers are out numbered 160 to one officer i have 7 years there and my husband was a superviser. and you have some officers that come in with a chip on there shoulders but it gets knocked off fast and they are the ones that dont last. stop watching movies alot what happens to inmates they put on them self. if they will act grown they will be treated grown. if they don't want to be told what to do then they need to stay out of trouble because they done something wrong to violate someone somehow
