Residents evacuate near Tipp. River
As the Tippecanoe River rises, some Carroll County residents have been forced to leave their homes for the third time in just over a year.

People who live in flood plains just bring all the misery associated with flooding upon themselves. Live and learn and get out now. The Tippecanoe River is an historic flooder, and it won't be quitting. Learn to read mother nature and respect her, and don't rely on a dam for your own personal water control.
