Thanks for posting this for us out-of-towners.
Someone posted on the comments section of the article about the dog.
Sadly, BB, Mary's black lab, died a couple of years ago.
Mary was given BB after her husband passed away.
BB was Mary's constant companion and LOVED Mary. Feelings were mutual...BB's tail almost shook Marys' little house when BB's tail would hit the carpet, she was a pampered, happy pooch!
I used to tell Mary that she didn't need a "rug beater", she just needed to take BB out the the clothesline, pat BB on the head and she would beat the rugs w/her tail!
Even though BB was taken in by family members after Marys' disappearence, BB's heart was broken.
She howled, she cried, she mourned and then she died of a broken heart.

This is exactly what I was talking about! That dog loved her so much and I know for a fact that a animal that has that much love for its owner would keep going back to her if it knew she was hurt! Am I not right? The dog didn't go back cause Mary wasn't there! Like I have said time and time again someone done something to her and then later when they stopped looking for her they dumped her body off. I think that they need to look into Amy! Let me guess Amy was the one that took care of the dog?

I'd just like to send my deepest sympathy to the family of Mary. I just wonder why she wasn't found, and so close to home too. I thought they covered all areas in the search.

You need to go and read the other threads about this case! The REASON she wasn't found was cause her sweet grand-daughter fatass AMY had her porr grannys body hidden in a deep freeze somewhere! Read the other forums dumbass!!!!!!!!!!

Is the "truth" finally coming out? The only thing that could be really far fetched about this scenario would the the AMY part.

Barb, just think about it....go back and update yourself on all of the threads about granny and you will see for yourself.
Amy responded to a post about her granny but she was more wrapped up on proveing her husband has a big dick. She is not concerned not one bit about her granny. And why is that? Cause she knew what happend to her. She wants to blame everyone else in the "OTHER" side of the family but the truth is right under her nose! Maybe the other part of the Grobes are the ones that was trying to save her from the family here in poplar bluff like Amy.
The truth WILL come out sooner or later, why not get it over with and spill it Amy! Well if you can't explain to us why you did it then you can explain it to god when you are standing outside those gates waiting to go in! Keep on knocking but you can't come in!

If Amy didn't kill her maybe Tara did since she loves to play with guns.

You need to stop being stupid and quit trying to put the blame on others.

The "freezer theory" definately makes sense, what really happened...and you were part of it, you are just trying to direct the blame away from yourself.

Too late...you just blew it...they will be coming for you.

I sure hope that law enforcement is paying attention to this thread!

There are now two times when you have all but confessed to your involvement to Marys' disappearance!

And why must you call names, dumbass? I may not have the education you have, but, I am not a dumbass by any means.

Yeah, they will be after you soon, hopefully, sooner than later, enjoy your free time, it is almost over.

She didn't call you a name Barb, it was me. And I just thought Mary's family might have wanted to hear a kind word. I know if it would have been my Mom or Grandma, a nice word or two would have been nice.

MsLin~
How did it make you feel when you were trying to offer a kind word of sympathy/condolence and you and were called a "dumbass"?

I still think the comment was geared toward me.

If it were indeed directed at you, tell me what kind of a "twisted", "hateful" person calls someone that just offered their condolences a "dumbass"? That is classless.

I, for one, appreciate the kind and caring gesture that you extended our family, and I am so sorry that I didn't comment on it, sooner.

I have to say that I am sorry about the death in your family, but as a outsider I have to wonder why in gods name no on found her just 400 feet away from the home? I don't get it. As for the dog yes he would be going back to her so where does this lead to??????????

It leads to the dog didn't keep going back because Mary was not there!

In another thread, there was a posting that the body was put there in the fall, w/winter coming up...

Now, "What Really Happened" has posted about "granny being in a freezer", far fetched? Maybe, but it kind of makes sense...

After a substantial amount of time, Marys' frozen body was buried or partially buried this past fall/winter...the body was not found during the various searches because the body was not there.

Marys' body has not been in "the brushy area" (as Mark Dobbs puts it) since her disappearance, because, it is my opinion, that the flood waters from last year would have unearthed her.

It has already been discussed/concluded that animals may have carried off some of the remains, but, how deep would she have had to be buried for her NOT to become uncovered by the flooding last year?

Have y'all seen any of us Grobe's? WE ARE NOT in shape physically, let alone, use or energy to murder someone, put their 160lb. body into a freezer, then take it back out of the freezer, tote it into a brushy area, dig a hole, put the body in the hole cover it back up?!?

Look at some of the old video clips from KFVS12.com , just look at us!!! Do we look like we do anything physical???

It didn't make me feel too good. And Barb I am sorry for your loss. I ran the homebound meal program at the time, so I saw Mary every now & then. She was a sweetie. I had volunteers to take the meal to her every day, but when one was absent I took them myself, and I was always kept updated about her.

Thank-you, MsLin, for your kind words and for your participation in the homebound meal program.

Mary enjoyed the few minutes of company that was provided her as well as the meals.
