Goff arraigned on weapons charges
“The truth hasn't come out yet, and I think she'll get better representation here than she would have in Butler County”
Amber Goff's father was glad to see her Monday, even though it was in federal court.
Goff, 23, was arraigned in Wichita on four federal weapons charges stemming from the Oct. 28 escape of two inmates from the El Dorado Correctional Facility.
Goff was a guard at the prison until early October. Authorities have said she aided in the escape of Jesse Bell and Steven Ford from the Butler County prison and fled with them to New Mexico.
