Here we go again....Shouldn't they be appealling to the state? Its the states "bottle club" law not the townships.

"Coyotes has not applied for a liquor license, according to the state Liquor Control Board." There goes what someone said yesterday. Starting to see the tide turn, and Coyotes going out of business. ll this free advertising, and again an empty lot last night at 10:30 PM.

It's time that Milford Township gets rid of this disgusting "upscale" business. Let McGogney go sell his porn in his own neighborhood and get out of our community. We need something good and positive in this area and a sports bar like they originally applied for would be great, or, something to keep our young people entertained like an ESPN Zone, not this crap!

I don't and won't patronize strip clubs. I also would not interfere with their right to exist. There's one in Coopersburg. It's right in the middle of a neighborhood. It's been there for a couple of years and there has been no change in the neighborhood. I don't like it there, but it hasn't changed the character of the neighborhood or affected property values.

I don't understand how these Jesus freaks in Milford Square can sanction G-strings and pasties. Why not bottle caps and corks? What's the difference? Did Jesus say total nudity is only okay if you have a license to sell booze?

I don't understand why people are so offended by nudity and sexuality, particularly when it involves consenting adults. For goodness sakes let 'em take their clothes off. Now if the dancers were fat & ugly, that would be offensive.

Why is it so hard for you people to understand that we don't want this sleazy business in our community? It isn't needed or wanted here. What we do need is something fun for everyone or something for our youth like an ESPN zone or something like that. Stip clubs don't do anything positive to help a community improve their image and this type of business whether you choose to believe it or not has a negative impact! Go Milford Township!

Why do people have to immediately refer to someone as "Quaker" when they voice their disgust over strip clubs in their "area". I don't frequent strip clubs and I don't find anything wrong with it, BUT, I do find it offensive to cut down someone's values, opinions and way of life. I am far from a Quaker, I just happen to live in "Quaker"town. lol I grew up in NYC, among the smut and sleaze, so it's just the way it is. I don't condemn those who want to patronize those establishments, however, I can say I understand why they need to go there. I guess you ca say that I feel the people who go there are a bit "needy". Forunately, my needs are met at home and I'd much rather pull into my driveway and keep things "alive & well" ;-) than to waste my money, my time or my integrity. Again, we all have needs, and some times some people are 'needier'(is that even a word? lol) than others. In the mean time...lay off the Quakers, that's getting as old as this whole Coyotes thing.

It's ironic that you are questioning why people have to put a label on others. This whole issue exists because a small vocal segment of the residents feel the need to label others and force their own value system on other people.

So this club has been open a while now. Just how has it poisoned the town and changed the town's character? Gee, I guess it hasn't. Much to-do about nothing....

I haven't heard of any child molestions, coverups of child molestions, breeding with 13 yr old girls,or rapes in any strip clubs locally or nationally. I haven't heard of any shootings in the local strip clubs. I haven't heard of any strippers dating 12 year old boys, but I hear that repeatedly in our churches and school systems. The opponents of Coyotes have only 1 real concern of danger to their community and childrens well being from Coyotes, and that is someone being buzzed from alcohol and getting in an accident, but the same could be said about any other establishment that serves booze, or from a backyard barbecue.
In essence, clean up the places your children go if you wish to protect them, not the places they are strictly forbidden to enter.

If you want something other than Coyotes there, why don't you buy the property from the owners. Offer them $10 Million and I am sure they will be happy to leave. Oh, that means you would have to put your money where your mouth is.Frankly, I would like to see a hip-hop club there so we can bring more minorities to the area.

Imagine the township telling the judge, "We allowed them to have total nudity for 4 months but now nudity is banned." Can't believe the judge will buy that one. Are the supervisors just that dumb or are they trying to make their solicitor rich off our backs?

One of the ordinances is to allow the township officials to inspect any time. Does this mean if a township official wants a free night on the town they can go to "inspect" the dancers?

Bottom line is if you don't like it, don't go there. If you don't patronize a business it will eventually move. Simply economics 101, supply and demand.

Personally I think Coyotes should move into the Sands Casino at BethWorks. Why not have all the vices that "some" people complain about in one building?

I don't see the complainers destroying their computers because porn is available on the internet! Just don't go there!

They (Coyotes) have been operating with out a permit. The Township did not allow them to open or operate their business. Thats why there is all of the fuss... Are you that dumb that you didnt realize that, or were you just trying to be witty?
I could care less about the club. The last time I drove by it it looked well maintained...the weeds were only 18" tall.
