Mr Indian Tribes. It's time for you to pay a Toll on each customer that enters your property to Gamble or buy non taxed goods.
This will help pay for the costs for services Florida Provides.
Do the Fair thing and PAY YOUR SHARE.

The Seminoles WILL have the last laugh on this one, I bet. The Chiefs will surely be rubbing their hands together (in glee), when NO more money is required to be paid to the State of Florida, yet Class 3 gaming for the Seminole Tribe continues to be upheld - as it was APPROVED and written into Federal Law in January of this year.

Watch and see that squirmy lying fool MARCO RUBIO get egg all over his idiot face. It will serve him right too - unfortunately just another prime example of how he has managed to yet again screw Florida Residents out of anything worthwhile - just like his FAILED promises of relief on our sky high property taxes and insurance - anyone remember those?

Nice going MARCO...- you pratt.

While the Hard Rock has added hundreds of new jobs for carpet baggers from out of state, hundreds of jobs have already been lost at the pari-mutuels from longtime Florida residents.

The continuation of an uneven playing field will continue to erode the quality jobs that racing and the racinos provide to South Floridians.

The legislature is the only hope to save these jobs, an industry, a sport and tradition.

I've written before that the current legal status of Native Americans on Reservations is ill-defined and an open invitation to the legal profession to challenge any decision. There is no such entity in any legal precedence as a pseudo foreign nation within our national borders, the status of current tribes on reservations. This issue must be addressed by the US Congress - unlikely, since they won't even mandate that our immigration laws be enforced.

I THINK MARCO RUBIO IS AN IDIOT ALSO, THE STATE OF FLORIDA HAD AN DEADLINE TO MEET WITH THE TRIBE AND THAT DEADLINE WAS SOON TO EXPIRE! I BELIEVE ON THE LAST DAY OF THE DEADLINE IS WHEN GOV CRIST MADE AN DEAL WITH THE TRIBE, IF HE HADN'T THEN THE SEMINOLE WOULD HAVE STILL GOT THERE CLASS III GAMING AND THE STATE NOTHING. SO HE DID GOOD FOR THE STATE. NOW SINCE MARCO RUBIO OPENED HIS MOUTH ITS MY SPECULATION THAT THIS NOW SUPERSEDES THE AGREEMENT AND THEREFOR THAT DEADLINE IS UP! SO ITS IN MY BELIEF THAT THE SEMINOLES WILL KEEP THERE GAMING AND THE STATE WILL BE OUT OF 100 MILL OR SO, THANKS MR RUBIO...
