It is so sad to see Friendswood in this mess. First the mayor and council attempt to misuse city funds in a manner that is clearly unethical but perhaps is legal. Now the courts have ruled that their planned actions are also illegal. The people of Friendswood do not have a history of supporting unethical behavior by their leaders so why the mayor and some council members are trying to pretend that only a small minority (5) citizens are opposed to this behavior is mind boggling.

I can't wait to vote these knuckleheads out of office. I hope the citizens of Friendswood come out in huge numbers come election day.
