Judged:

My neighbor lives in a glass house. Come summertime, our neighborhood is filled with a public pool/karaoke bar atmosphere. Complete with outside surround sound speakers, atv's with illegal exhaust systems, and obnoxious behavior. All on less than an acre of ground. This paticular neighbor is one reason for an enforeable noise ordinance. Period. Good neighbors keep their noise to themselves.

Never make a law you can't enforce

What is Martinsburg coming to? Between Martinsburg's City Counsel, Mayor and the Representative making new laws and bills, what ever happen to for the people. I don't believe I was asked about the gun law Martinsburg tried to put though (which the Senate smacked there hands for)and now a noise control bill.
Oh I all most for got about the 64 homes on Back Creek the Commissioner approves for the 64 homes with airplane hanger for the planes, gee I wonder how much noise that is going to make, oh yes there are exempt from the niose bill, dagum how dumb of me.
Seems to me they do not want to be reelected next term.
