Witnesses at the scene are ready to testify that Mr. Thompkins did nothing wrong at the accident scene. Even though Mr. Thompkins survived this terrible crash and remained dazed. Statements are that the Berkeley county police department beat him up for no reason. One witness stated that he saw a police officer hit Mr. Thompkins hard in the back. Did anyone get any pictures they can share?

Not only does Tisdale have a record but so does Thompkins. He was charge with failure to stop for blue lights. Just because you hear someone did something doesn't make it true. The police cars have cameras for this reason. I live in Berkeley County SC not in GA! Tisdale could have killed someone and if Thompkins felt the need to run from police then he should be charged too.
