The citizens of bandera need a Professional police dept. but so far all you really get is drama. The city leaders are to blame since they hire the wrong people for the wrong reasons time after time.they want to micromanage the whole police dept and everything it does. Changing the name and making them dress like cowboys won't make them more professional. Who are you kidding.If you want a real change then pay them well and hire the best person for the job based on what he has done professionally and not be a yes man to city leaders. The citizens of bandera deserve the best gthey can afford not left overs or rejects they deserve the best you can hire and pay. Then let him do his job.

They endorsed Weldon Tucker for Sheriff and we all know what that started.
Corruption runs deep in that crappy little county.
