Why am I not surprised, when we live in a society where lawbreakers rights overrule those of their victims. Because of our blatant disregard for human life and the prosecution of same, it is no wonder that people from other countries and other states commit crimes in Maryland. There is no fear of judicial system...it is weak..biased...and pathetic.
