I think that you violated his personal rights by putting the video on the news before he even had his court hearing today! You guys have no respect for the public and you should do a little more research before you go displaying things on the news without permission from the persons in the video!!!!!!!!!!

I would just like to thank channel 8 news for ruining my day by embarassing me in front of all north east ohio and I also think that you should have at least asked me for my permission since it wasn't a public record untill after my court hearing. thank you very much for the embarassment

I completely agree with Shane!!!!! They should have gotten his permission before using that video. The only reason it was given to the news was because of his attire. the Fire was just a bonus for the Officers Own selfish humor. i had a different buddy get pulled over and blew a .147 and he didnt end up on the news. The reasoning was bogus and the officer is a moron.
