Judge Harris also gave my neice's 7 year old daughter to a convicted child abuser. He husband beat her son so much there were large bruises, some about 10 inches long. Judge Harris did not even look at the pictures that were presented to him. He made all sorts of statements about my neice that were completely untrue in his decision. One of the most frightening was telling her husband that he didn't know the circumstances of the beating incident but he highly recommended that he get it expunged. I just could not believe a judge could make a statement pertaining to expungment without knowing the circumstances. This judge needs to be taking off the bench. He is out of his mind and a nuisance to our great county. Who knows how many other mothers have suffered as a result of this judge's rulings. How many more mothers have to suffer before this judge is removed from the bench. We were told he was bias after the ruling was finished. He's a menance to the judicial system. Get rid of him.
