One of the victims now 20 is my daughter's boyfriend. It breaks my heart to know a man has lived with the pain of the perpatrator for this many years. The damage it has causes this young man has come out in many ways. It is not fair and no amount of justice would equal the damage he has caused. I would love to know if there are others who are responsible for this man's actions. Perhaps those who let him out of prison...
