Better pay very close attention to this and nip it in the bud. This is a venom that spreads quickly and will cause a lot of problems beyond criminal behavior. It's an insidious cancer that needs stomping-out as soon as it's noticed.

Community and religious leaders take notice and learn what others have done that works and does not work. Law enforcement and jails are not the only answer to this.
