Undertaker is a great legend of wwe/wwf/wcw/. He is 17time world champion. He is only one man who become a full year champion.he fight's in wwe/wwf/wcw more than 20 years.He wins all wwe tittles Never ever lose at wrestlemania. And goldberg is only 5 years stay in wwf. He only win world championship 2 or 3 time.

Goldberg vs Undertaker, this will take the cake for this. Might as well come with an answer of honesty. Bill Goldberg, an overall powerful beast during his WCW years and shown in his WWE status in a short reign, he has some beasty movements such as his spear which is much deadlier than Edge's and Batista's and others who performs it. His jackhammer finisher is another deadly maneuver to handle that once had Big Show in the air for a couple seconds, what power! Goldberg has earned my respect for his performance.

Undertaker, this guy also too earned my respect! A living legend who debuted during the 90's and beat Hogan for the title. Comes up with some surprising attacking blows, chokeslams, tombstones, and his creep eys! Later years his gimmick being a biker with a new finisher the last ride which happens to be a deadly uplift powerbomb, a lot of impact though. Then once again couple of years returned to his deadman form and having a dangerous submission move, the gogo plata or triangle choke hold, what a killer move that makes a person pass out! They don't call him the phenom for nothing!

So who wins? I answer is.......... whoever stands victory!

Only Austin&Taker can beat Goldberg.But it would definitely be very very tough match for them.
