new walmart uniforms

I am just starting at Walmart as a temp worker but hopefully will be hired on full time when the temp work is completed. I am 51 years old with a son in college. My husband was just laid off from his job of 33 years. I have 20+ years in the secretarial field, and could not find work in our area. I'm glad Walmart is giving me a chance and thankful for the job. We were told we could wear any navy blue shirt, and khaki pants from light to dark brown. I don't see that it's an unreasonable request either.

I work at store 297 porter Tx I think the uniforms were a great idea I don't have to stand in closet looking for something to wear to work anymore.

I work at walmart and I was told to wear Navy Blue shirt and Kakki pants(tan), and no open toe shoes! Hope this helps!
