Are Sick days for workers are a joke at Walmart?

Who in America???has to pay their employer when sick?

During their first sick day, employees must pay for it.

During other sick days, they must se a personal day, get a demerit, or use a sick day?

WHEN THE PUBLIC GOES SHOPPING, THEY DO NOT WANT TO BE EXPOSED TO THOSE WITH FLU, SWINE FLU, PNEUMONIA, ETC.

horrendous policy at this corp that penalizes their workers when they become ill. Pay for a sick day? They make the employees pay them when they get sick?

Yet in their commercials, they pretend to be an American corp with american values. What hypocrisy!

No one should ever have to endure these workplace tactics.

The employees should unionize!!!!!!!!!!Then perhaps the administrators would understand how to treat their employees.
Perhaps Not

Yeah, unions did a great job of keeping GM solvent, or Nortwest airlines mechanics employed, or US Steel plants open, or the American textile industry alive in the South, or a thousand other things they haven't done. Unionizing Walmart would mean an immediate reduction in workforce of 10-15% as wages rose and benefits became mandatory. So say goodbye to 140,000-210,000 US jobs right there, because Walmart has 1.4M associates just in the US. Oh, ands they added jobs in the last 2 years while most other industries shed them. Need I bother moving on to all the other clear reasons why unionizing Walmart is a stupid idea or is this enough?

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Taurus

Someone is very short-tempered, and they're liable to fly off the handle at a moment's notice. Maybe they're feeling vulnerable in some way or are desperately trying to defend what they see as their territory. Be sensitive to this and don't goad them into being even more irritable or upset than they are already. Frankly, it's just not worth it.
