Wal Mart will never get me because of there careless customer service. Sam Walton must be turn in his grave as he should. Just to get food my ice cream is melted before I leave the long ass check out lane. 32 lanes & only 6 open. Shame on them for killing such a good idea.

Wally World sux! I've ventured in there a couple times. NEVER again! Left without buying a thing. Stinky, gross, dirty...{and that's just the workers}

Come in to my stores where I'll sell you hard on a highly profitable extended warranty and talk your ear off about products I don't understand. Come in and buy a TV, phone, computer and now get exercise equipment to work off that fat from sitting around all day using those electronic toys.

We just went to Ultimate Electronics in Burnsville last week and got hooked up with with new TV, Blue-Ray, and Tuner. That is the place to go! These guys KNOW their products and actually talk with you to find out what all will be running/hooked up through your setup. They set you up with what's best for you.
Too bad they don't sell computers, too...but that is coming!
Best Buy sales people are NOT knowlegeable enough about what they're selling to know what you need. At least in the IGH store TV/home theatre department!

What Best Buy needs to do is to offer satisfaction after the sale. Otherwise, what is the downside to buying at WalMart or on line. My wife refuses to step into a Best Buy after they did everything possible to avoid honoring an extended warranty she purchased.

So I'm heading to Walmart for some bags of frozen meet, cheap plastic toys for the kids, and a loaf of bread - but wait; there's a $1,000 HDTV with a multitude of functions/bells/configurations . Now a Walmart employee is going to explain to me what I need, talk me into the best choice? I don't think so! They avoid everyone that walks in because 1) they're socially inept, 2) just want to get a pay check and go home, or 3) really don't know anything and don't want to feel stupid.
