Walmart Bonus

Do any Wal-Mart employees know when we get our yearly bonuses? I thought it was supposed to be march but now I heard it got pushed back to May.

Bonuses will be paid on March 22nd.

Will show up on your regular pay-check! So they can hold out more tax's

How do we find out how much we are going to get?

does everyone get one? do you have to be involved in stocks or 401(k)s or anything like that?

I heard 500 fulltime 250 parttime

i am trying to find out how much we are getting my MNGer from TLE said you can find out on line so did the MNGer if softline but i can't find the right bloody site
to get a bonus you have to have been at wally world 6 months and worked over 2000 hours kinda ridculous if you ask
me but what ever

The bonus is based upon your store. Not every Wal-Mart gets one, it all depends on how well your store did and if they exceeded or at least made thier goals set forth.

Full timers will recieve the full amount, which keep in mind depends upon your store. Part-timers will recieve half, but they had to have been there at least I believe 6 months.

For those that get a bonus, it will be included on this check, March 22nd.

There should be a MyTracker posted in the back hallways somewhere, usually around the mnagers office. It will tell you the goals that were set, and if kept updated, where your store stood and the amount. Which again, is based upon your location how well yous did.

I heard some stores will recieve 1,000.00
Some as low as a few hundred...
And yes...the taxes killed my few measly hundred...

Bonuses in the past have been based on the store sales if the store met their target and paid out in March. This is the first time in 7 yrs our store is not getting a bonus we were told in January.
What about this bonus that was made public by Walmart? Stating possibly over $600.00 for associates? Does anyone know anything about that?

Our store didn't get a bonus and we are a super center (new). Worked for Wal-Mart 3yrs and only gotten 1 bonus check. I know my main store manager prob got a HUGE check for all my hard work.

my husband works for walmart in foley al.
he was told end of oct. full timers would get 1800 that they were well above thier quota & now they were just told no bonus this year. come next year they will pay it quarterly. i think this is a bunch of BS

In Jan our store was toldthat the full time associates would recieve $1,000 bonus then in Feb was told $499 because of the payouts in injury's and such. Yes if there are injury's, or if your store had a renovation, this comes out of your bonus. Supposedly all bonus's will now be given quarterly starting in June. How this is going to be based beats me but I have been told about $30 to $50 each quarter and of course it will be on your regular paycheck so the taxes will be higher on it.

hi i been working for the store walmart for 5 years, i really work hard. i take good care of my customers, sometimes people ask me if i make comisions but i don't so when they know that i don't they say, thank you for you honesty with us... So if i really care about cutomers why they don't remember to help me and my co-workers at walmart at Framingham...
we haven't see any bonus for years. God bless you Big Guys...
