In NJ Security Guards have to be licensed by the state. Why is it then they can allow Managers and other staff to lift others on pallets then have older white employees fired for doing the same thing when they were following the instructions of the Co-Manager who is a minority.

NJ found the employees hadn't violated any Walmart policies or had they committed any misconduct in any sense of the word or of the Law. The employees were given their withheld unemployment benefits by NJ because they were innocent! Now they would get their positions re-instated

The Co-manager who had a hand in the firing was the one who had given the employees the open instruction to perform their duties in this manner mentioned. The Loss-prevention guard Manager who had already had permitted the Co-manager to be lifted on a pallet acted with discrimination when she targeted the 2 older white workers.

Shouldn't the State Of New Jersey investigate an then file charges against the the 2 rogue Walmart managers and their employer? Shouldn't the 2 fired employees be returned to their positions an be compensated for back wages, benefits and front time ect?

A aparticular history of false write ups inviolation of law are in the employee's files which wouild make any attorney versed in Employment Law tingle with excitement.
