Why does Wal-Mart have the 20 items or less express lines? They're not enforced. I've had the misfortune of standing in line, in front of a customer who clearly has more than 20 items, when I only have maybe 5. It's not express if I have to wait behind rude customers like that? At least they don't have their carts full of items, but why don't the cashiers enforce that?

we have express lines at my store for a few reasons I am a customer service manager at my store and while we dont enforce them for the most part they are only used for small orders, and if one of my cashiers refused an order i would give them a written coaching, but besides that we have multiple cashiers that have physical handicaps and request the express lines because belted lines dont give them breaks and they are beat by the end of the day so it really is an accomidation to our handicapped cashiers.
