With many Toys "R" Us/Kids "R" Us co-branded stores that are to be closed, the remaining 250,000 square-feet 24/7 Wal-Mart Supercenters will have a Toys "R" Us Toy Box department with a full-line of toys and games around two years later. All of Wal-Mart's 150,000 square-feet "food/drug store" concept known as Neighborhood Markets will also be re-modeled around two years later, having a Toys "R" Us Toy Box department with limited toys and games.

Everyone has good news ... With many Toys "R" Us/Kids "R" Us stores that are to be closed, the Toys "R" Us Toy Box department with a full-line of toys and games will be located in any Wal-Mart store in the United States to be either 150,000 square-feet discount stores or 250,000 square-feet supercenters, around two years later on Labor Day.
All locally-owned "SuperValu" and "Albertsons" grocery stores will shut down and re-brand as Wal-Mart's hypermarket concept brand named Wal-Mart Supercenter around two years later on Labor Day, which makes it as a total of over 6,000 Wal-Mart stores anywhere in the United States (5,000 Wal-Mart supercenters and 1,000 Wal-Mart discount stores). |

All 700 locally-owned "Toys 'R' Us/Kids 'R' Us" stores will shut down and re-brand as Wal-Mart Discount Stores, and some 50 "Toys 'R' Us/Kids 'R' Us" stores will shut down and replaced by Babies "R" Us, around two years later on Labor Day. Also, all 2,500 locally-owned "SuperValu/Albertsons " grocery stores will shut down and re-brand them as expanded/re-modeled Wal-Mart supercenters around two years later on Labor Day. This will make it as a total of over 10,000 Wal-Mart stores anywhere in the United States (7,500 Wal-Mart supercenters and 2,500 Wal-Mart discount stores). The Toys "R" Us Toy Box department has a full-line of toys and games that are located in a full retail section in any Wal-Mart store (either additional 150,000 square-feet discount stores or nearly 250,000 square-feet supercenters).
