How about doing something for Employees and Dept Managers and stop treating them like children and maybe give them real pay raises

A good place to start would be to pay employees more money on Sunday like Wal-Mart and Publix does. Stop underpaying your employees with seniority and experience. Money talks I guarantee your employees will have a better attitude. The customers and other employees will notice a change. That will be for the good of evdrone

checking in vendors is rediculous. have to close the door, stand in a box, sign in, and the receiving clerks are horrible. They are always angry, have an attitude, chew people out, disrespect vendors at the door etc. Something needs to be done.
