I recently bought a 1994 Winnebago 33' Elante that has 16,00 miles on it. To mychagrin it sat up for a long time. Everything works great except the above generator which has less than 300 hrs on it. The main crank seal has let go and Generac says "sorry we can't help you past the yr. 2000. Any ideas where I can get a seal? Not looking for sympathy but wife has just has finished chemo and wants to hit the road with this (new to us motor home). Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have looked at the model number of this generator, the part number for the main crankshaft seal is 067924. Any Generac authorized service dealer should be able to order the part since it is a stocked item.

I have a 23ft Conquest, converted into a mobile dog grooming truck, the generator is a Generac 9600, with only 95 hours on it, when using it yesterday I had it running for about an hour and a half, then shut it down and went to my next client, once I was there the generator would not restart. But did restart the next day, any reason for the non start????
