I have been trying to get them to modify my home loan, avidly, since my divorce for almost 2 years now. They just don't care that they are messing with people's lives.

Beware, They are stacking transactions so they can charge overdrafts. They post transactions in the middle of the night so they can charge overdrafts. I have documented this and have also tested other banks. Wells Fargo is the only bank to do this out of the banks and CU's that I have checked. I am currently testing US Bank. TCF and Affinity Plus Federal CU have not used these shady practices. Stay away from Wells Fargo.

So, they are out to screw everyone they can after doing their "risk assessments" and then expect these people to recover and be eligible for a mortgage? They are screwing people into unrecoverable status, financuially and emotionally. Wells Fargo's CEO, its position and activities makes him a crook.
