Mgt have been screwed only positio to take a huge base paycut effectively f-ing most every mgt. Same job for most with more expected, but not even management... Oh wait taking away the management title was the only legal way to justify the forced paycut Or forced loss of a job. Pay me less I will do less pay me more I do more. This is not how to engage or build moral.

SM's have the info available for everyone on the front end. It's all on a table, and sorted for cost-of-living. Like Cali>Ny>Tx>?. Rated with 1-4, or 4-1, not sure at the mome. Shows min-max for position groups/responsibilities.

I think anything higher than Pharm Tech is still yet to be released.

And thought info available says that SFL's won't get a paycut (though raises WILL go away), most MGT's don't believe that for some reason.

Most assistant mgts here don't think they will be getting cut to SFL pay. I think they are in for a rude awakening when it happens. I hope for their sake it's not until next year or later

Pay for the new labor model is different in every part of the country. For Oregon you can add $1.00 to each of the pay caps that are listed above. My question is, since SFL's are going to have to get pharmacy tech certified, is there going to be a raise for that?? We are underpaid enough as it is, but if we aren't going to get a raise I might as well just demote myself and become a pharmacy tech, and get paid MORE!

isnt it amazing... the store managers (top position in the store rx not withstanding) and they know their pay scale, yet the asm/exa is clouded in secrecy.... must not be good as they dont want all good exa's to leave all at once... whereas with mgt's the more that left, the better (in the minds of the company)

One of my fellow mgt's went to our CL this week and asked about going back to being a RX tech which he was promoted to MGT from, still certified and all. According to the mgt the CL called the DM and was informed that to do so would mean he would have to begin at the starting RX tech pay. I heard this straight from the mgt..Walgreens has become anti-employee and is spewwing pure crap onto us.

Daily Horoscope for May 23

Aries

You're idealistic and impressionable today, and want to see the best in everyone. Look straight past their faults, pretending they aren't there; concentrate on their good points instead. If a new relationship gets off the ground now it will always be characterized by an aura of romance and fantasy, and a slightly otherworldly quality.
