Specifically what I mean is: The pilot stores that are is phoenix, what time frame are they supposed to emulate?
For instance: do they have the SM in his new role and EXA in the new role? Do they slowly phase out the manager?, mess with the budget? Overload them, then underload them to see where the threshold of productivity is? The only reason I can gather about the secrecy is if they are piloting different senarios with and without the SM.

FYI – I have listed some comments that I have seen over the past several months made to specific discussion threads on the Walgreens Forum. I gave the link for each discussion thread. If I wrote “Phoenix Pilot” next to the comment number, the comment pertains specifically to the Pilot. You can jump pages to the page that has the comment. Hope this helps people catch up to what has been written so far on this forum.

You have probably seen most of the comments I listed in posting above so I just posted the list for other people who haven't seen them. I wasn't trying to clutter up your discussion thread.

Do you know the exact stores that are pilot? If we can get a list of stores. Maybe we can make a point by overloading the phone lines, and swamping them with mail.

I was also thinking to send them packages of peanuts addressed to one pilot store, with the return address of another pilot. Or we can all send internet photo orders of JPEGs with our discontent typed up, or hundreds of photos uploaded of wagner and wasson.

I don't know why my links aren't working in my posting in comment #2 on this discussion thread but you can search for the title I give to find it. Some of the threads are older than others. If I figure out the link problem, I will repost my comment.
