The goal of this step is to successfully transform how we operate but before that can happen, we first have to clearly define our goals and openly share information about what we are doing and why. Our transition began as we shared our high level vision of what we want our organization to become. Full implementation will take time but we are committed to being as transparent as possible and will continue to proactively communicate details as they become available throughout our three year transformation
"openly share information"? Not with all levels of employees. If they are expecting managers in a store to openly share, it is not happening. Most of this has been a giant guessing game since Jan of this year.
"committed to being transparent as possible"? This phrase is just plain confusing - either you are transparent or you are not - either you are open or you are secretive. It is possible to be as open on everything except for specific topics which you explain a clear reason why you cannot such as "that is still being decided".
By the way, if they want to get more specific information on what and how your manager is doing beyond the recent gallup survey, they could do another survey focused on that topic.
If we have another year and a half of secrecy, it is going to get uglier than it is already.
