urban is the one who got our benefits back. he is the only one who cared for us retirees. he went down there to washington and told those politians that we need that and he got it back for us. thanks leonard, you'll be planting me in the ground someday and I sure hope your still around to stuff cotton up my ass, because I wouldn't trust nobody else to do it.

matter of fact I think I will go down tomorrow and set up a payment plan to have him do it as a thank you.

That decision will be appealed, so you better not think you will see those benefits back, anytime soon. AND, URBAN, had nothing to do with getting them back.

What now is the greatest peril for Visteon retirees is this: Yeah, they may get their insurance back for now, but, later on when some appeal is won by Visteon, their old insurance supplement provider probably will not take them back. then, only COBRA is left for them. My parents are gonna STAY OFF the Visteon insurance for that very reason. Even if they DO get it back, their financial advisor has told them to NOT go back to it. It prbably will be gone FOREVER in 5 or 6 months. Mr. Urban had NOTHING to do with the decision of the 3rd Circuit Court, BUT, it took political BALLS to do what he did. I know "Ole Dude" pretty well, he LOVES a good fight !!

Good for those who recieved it. Did this restoration include subpay benefit for those who received it initially as part of the early out retiremant package or is this for health coverages only for inidividuals still under retirement age?

Good Deal for Visteon employees-----But Mayor Girgis , of Bedford, In. did not help in the matter---All she has done so for is spend tax payers dollars, put bull .... it the local papers and BRAG!!!
