This is good news indeed and for Ms Bedore who often catches flak for no action or dubious results in bringing business to town. This very rare mix of business and residential activity that continues to bubble up in Lowertown is a delight to witness. There is an effervescence to urban living and the Central Corridor will become a long feeder tube to the continued growth of our city. The Mayors building plans are evidence that he too gets the vision.

If you have to bribe companies to move to your city, there is something wrong with your city.

Yep, it's like saying, "I'll give you $100 to be my friend".

I'll agree it's unfortunate. But then again, if it's not St. Paul, its some other city. It's not a perfect world.

But the owner of the building is now spending hundreds of thousands now to fix it up, which means jobs for many people. And we have one less vacant building in downtown.

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Leo

This is one of those days when money slips through your fingers in no time at all unless you're very vigilant about your spending habits. Unfortunately, it will be difficult to stop yourself splashing out whenever the fancy takes you, whether or not you can afford it. You're especially drawn to tempting little treats and luxurious indulgences.
