Beacon Power signs $2.8M contract
Recent good news regarding Beacon Power Corp.'s striking a new $2.8 million deal with the U.S. Energy Dept., and receiving a $43 million green-energy loan from the Obama administration did not stop the Nasdaq from threatening to strip the company of its major-stock exchange status due to its sub-$1 stock price.

BCON's at .20 now and the co. is almost insolvent. And there's allegations the DOE is scrutinizing BCON's loan guaqrantee reimbursemtns requests. The Sun should do an invbestigative inquiry into this issue. |
