Why is oil and gas going up so high? and why do they want so much money?

Let get it (oil) to 200.00 A barrel, then we can get to 6.00 a gallon gas this year. The higher the better, get the gas hogs off the road. They want so much because of the law of supply and demand, next year more oil will be wanted that what the world can produce, be prepared for shortages. I agree with Obama its time to ration gasoline and raise the driving age to `18 or more.
