Britney Spears helps cancer patient Ryan Kennedy with Twitter wish
Britney Spears just took to her Twitter account to ask her followers to help grant the wish of Ryan Kennedy, "a sweet boy battling cancer". Today, Britney Spears is using the social media outlet, Twitter, to help Ryan Kennedy, a 9-year-old boy who is battling brain cancer.
