i work for triad and i am very worried. so far we have had, in the last month, our CEO, many executives, and our entire anestesiology team put in their notices for the first of the year. to all the little guys in the hospital it looks like a big problem taking place and all we hear is rumor of what may be going on...it is making many of us consider finding employment elsewhere. i think that even the smallest of employees should be aware of what is going on around them and no one seems to know enough to tell us.
there are rumors of the possibility of triad selling out. a coworker found this online, that those who intend to buy will cut wages, healthcare, even our shift differentials and getting rid of the union... yet there are other rumors saying that there are talks of closing down all together due to debt. either way shouldnt all employees have the right to know what lies ahead for the company....it only means possibly changing our lives all together!
