Aww poor babies.

I have a strong feeling the losses are not over for TBI.

Even with all the layoffs they have had they are still operating in the red. This is because they let all the worker bees go and kept all the fat management. This is the WRONG approach, heck I learned that in business 101. Good Lord do these clowns not listen to wall street.

Besdies it is the FAT management that got them in this position in the first place. Yea that sounds like a good reason to keep someone on the payroll. LOL, Out Loud I tell you!

BTW:

Is this not EXACTLY what I said yesterday that TBI pays to munch for the land.

I tell you they have STUPID land purchasing policies. Stipud is not really a strong enough word but this is a family show here.

I tried to no avial to get this policy changed but the powers that be told me that TBI has been doing it this way for years and it hasn't failed them yet. Yea Right, Hey "JM" it's failing now.

I TOLD YOU SO!!!!!!!!!!

lol, good for you. See you tried to help them and they did not listen. And that is why you are not there anymore talking to a brick wall is fustrating.

Some people just think they know it all.

If they knew it all they would be in a better position today.

I guess people are figuring if they are going to spend a million or so, might as well buy something old and knock it down and find a local builder to build exactly what they want.
