Trend Micro Office scan problem.

Hi Guys.
I'm running Trend Micro Office scan on a Win 2003 STD server setup as a Backup Domain Controler / DHCP /RAS server. I have about twenty client P.C's all running Win XP pro SP2 and all part of the domain. Up until about two weeks ago everything was working great. Now when I open the Management console clients tab I can't see any clients listed. The only Client listed for the domain is another server that is on my network. I contacted my local Trend Micro support guys. They said it was a registration number problem and they would send me a new registration number that I had to use to re-register my Office scan installation. Well three numbers later and I still have the same problem. Can anybody please help !!!!!!!!

I also have the something like problem, i have windows 2k3 server and i inshalled office scan 7 it's updating fine when i installed clients it's ok but in server consol it's not showing and some time clients show offline, if you find it's solution please share with me.

I have 2 computers out of 100 that are on line... but in Trend Micro Dashboard under security settings it shows them as off line...This has just started for some reason... any idea why this is happening

My office scan server got crashed, now i have new office scan server the ipXfer script file also has been changed and directed to the new server and kept in Netlogon folder. All the machines has been restarted once it showing the client are connected to new server and come to online status mode.But after some time it again redirect to the old server and went to offiline mode.

Please tell me what was the root cause and possible solution.

I installed Trend Micro 8.0 office scan with win2003 std server. server update as scheduled and deploy to all client.
1. I have 160 client pc, some pc appear offline on my client management eventhough the pc online and av was updated.sometimes restart the pc will work.
2. pc was not connected to server even the pc has no problem with LAN and internet.
any idea?

The anti-spam engine will keep your inbox free from junk mail while the Parental Control feature ensures your children can use the Web safely. You can also back up important files (documents, music, photos, etc.) to a CD/DVD or online and restore them in case of accidental loss or damage.

I am trying to install ofscan_32.exe (trend micro client) on xp machine, the file create C:\temp folder and the installation do not begin. what should i do?

so where are the fixes?
I have client server messaging security 3.6.
I have office scan installed on 35 clients, but only 15 PC's and my only 2 servers show up in the management console. I can install from the management console on new PC's, but they never show up. I am only licensed for 15, but I can see 17. they are upgrading their licenses to cover 40, but why wouldn't the rest show up? any ideas would be appreciated.

trendmicro officescan10.5 is not remove viruses.
