The title of this thread is grossly misleading and innacurate.

Toyota hasn't been found guilty of contempt (or anything else) in the Texas Supreme Court.

Toyota has been ordered by the Texas Supreme Court to face charges of contempt.

JJDADS is repeatedly getting ahead of himself in his quest to villify Toyota.

JJFADS has characterized this development as something it isn't.

JJFADS has yet to learn that we cannot convict someone of something until the verdict is heard.

JJ---your idea of justice belongs in a tinpot dictatorship.

You'll have to learn to be patient.

JJFADS response confirms that he deliberately misled us in bringing this post forward in a grossly manipulative way.

Please note he has avoided addressing this in his response.

He simply sidesteps his malfeasance.

Can any of his posts be trusted?

Your comprehension fails you. Take a deep breath and let it sink in.

The Supreme Court ruled that Toyota DID HIDE evidence in the wrongful death case hence the CONTEMPT charges. Are you slow?

Even more disheartening is the fact that Ms. Penny Greene’s DEFECTIVE Camry rolled over and left her paralyzed. I think we should all commend the court’s order to let the contempt charges move forward.

If anyone in your family had become paralyzed at Toyota’s hand, you would be spitting nails. Rather we find you playing the harp of political correctness in your never-ending crusade to be a stand up jelly belly.

How about letting this sink in:....

"CONTEMPT" charges are just that---"CHARGES".

"CHARGES" are not "CONVICTIONS"

I guess I am slow----but being slow in this case showed very clearly JJFADS is being far too hasty in convicting someone who hasn't been tried yet.

JJFADS, you misled this forum.

Have the decency to admit it.

The court ruled that Toyota failed to provide the evidence, hence the contempt CHARGES.

Your reading comprehension fails you. The court ruled that Toyota hid the evidence, hence the contempt charges. No part of this story or the headline has misled anyone but you, and that is due to your reading comprehension.

No matter how you try to weasel your way out of your misleading this forum, you did so---plain and simple.

Reading comprehension is quite in order, thank you.

You've also played that tired card before when you were caught with your pants down.

As far as I'm concerned you went over the line once too often this time.

And just where did the accusation of misleading come into play? You claim the headline. The headline is pretty cut and dry. It doesn’t say they were found guilty of contempt, it says contempt charges were filed because they were guilty of hiding evidence. Exactly what part of that do you not comprehend?

The headline stays and you are now free to carry on your proverbial rants.

You are wrong.
You have misled this forum.
You further mislead and insult us by trying to excuse your error through interpreting the article to justify your actions.
Nothing was said in the article to suggest any guilt of anything at this juncture.
What the article says is, apparently the court feels there is sufficient evidence to review whether or not Toyota witheld certain evidence in a previous case.
The article says the issue of guilt will be decided in a contempt of court hearing.
Evidence will be presented, witnesses will be heard, cross examinations, redirects, etc. will occur---then a verdict will be rendered.
Until then, no one is guilty or innocent.
Get over it.
You lied.
And it never ends.

Further proof you can no longer be trusted.

Hence the "guilty as charged"

But it's still true JJ can no longer be trusted.

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Pisces

Having to bow down to convention or limitations is enough to make you want to scream right now, and you'll do your utmost to rebel in any way you can. Be careful about this because you could easily get on the wrong side of someone who has power or authority over you. It feels as though you're battling with forces that want to keep you under control, and you don't like it one bit.
