(e) You completely ignore the fact that many US businesses operate in other countries (so perhaps those countries shouldn't support them?)
(f)Attitudes and conduct like yours are the main reasons why the US is universally disliked throughout the world.

Automaking is not a very pleasant place to be, for now at least!
